Need service or maintenance? Fountain Tire is staying open to look after you. It’s important for Canadians to have a working vehicle for when you really need it. So, Fountain Tire will offer pick-up and drop-off to protect you and your family. Our goal is to keep you on the road safely and to provide this essential service to our communities.

To ensure the safety of your vehicle and your family:

Your vehicle will be picked up by a driver with a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle to be driven (they will have a minimum 3 years’ driving experience). This is to ensure we are always adhering to physical distancing and only have one associate driving to pick up and deliver a vehicle.
Your driver will wear clean/unsoiled coveralls and/or Fountain Tire branded shirts/pants; use seat covers and floor mats.
Before picking up or dropping off a customer’s vehicle all frequently touched surfaces, including the steering wheel, door handles, shift lever, any buttons or touch screens, wiper and turn signal stalks, passenger and driver door armrests, grab handles, and seat adjusters will be wiped down/disinfected by a Fountain Tire associate.
