Know when to repair or replace:
To determine if a tire is damaged, it must be removed from the wheel for a complete internal inspection. Do not drive on a flat tire, even for a short distance. It could cause damage beyond repair.
Fountain Tire associates can fix most punctures, nail holes and cuts up to 1/4 inches deep, as long as the damage is in the tread. Tread with punctures larger than 1/4 inches, sidewall punctures or tires that are worn down to less than 1/16 inches are usually beyond repair and need replacing.

Most punctures caused by nails or small objects in the tread area can be safely repaired. If the damage is on the sidewall or the hole is too large , replacement may be required. Our technicians will inspect and advise the best and safest solution.
A professional flat tire repair at Fountain Tire typically takes 30–45 minutes. We inspect, seal, and rebalance your tire to get you safely back on the road.
In some cases, yes — depending on how long they were driven while deflated. Our technicians assess the tire’s internal structure before performing any repair to ensure safety and reliability.
