Fountain tire has become the company that my family has been using for numerous years now. The reason for that being that we love our quality of service, quality of product, quality of explanation of any service or product that we may require. I do like that both fountain tire locations on Hey 59 and Pembina Hwy are interlinked making it even that much easier to visit your shops

I brought a used vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection and the skilled staff conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle looking for mechanical and structural flaws that would have costed me money. Even though the car looked fine from the outside and had low kilometres it was riddled with rust on the frame and had many mechanical issues. The inspection and the staff saved me thousands of dollars on repairs and so I didn’t go through with the purchase of the vehicle.

My a/c wasn't working. It was Saturday so I booked an appointment online and I was able to bring it in on Monday morning. It was fixed in just over an hour. $500 later and it's all good now. Their customer service was 10/10.

Staff are very knowledgeable, as well as friendly and kind. I appreciate that all my questions get answered with knowledge and respect. They are able to "dumb down" the answer so I can understand, without ever making ME feel dumb - which I am very thankful for, and takes good customer service skills on their end.
