Do not ever believe in the warranty provided. The manufacturer will come up with some ridiculous story as to why they won’t cover your tire replacement.
MANAGER
Thank you for your feedback. After further investigation it appears that after your seasonal tire rotation, you did not get your tires retorqued after 100km as you were advised to. After you returned and almost 500km later, your tire had a nail in the side wall causing a slow leak. We stated you needed a new tire and that it was not repairable, you were upset, took it out on our staff and left. We always have our customers safety as a number one priority however, we can not force our customers to put their own safety first when they make the choice to leave.
