Very good customer service. I went in for an alignment and wasn’t able to because of my loose ball joints (surprised me because they were replaced 30k kms ago). The tech invited me into the shop to show me the issue and the service advisor got me a quote for the job. Very helpful, very comforting and very understanding

After 3 appointments with another tire shop and still losing air in my tire, I called Fountain Tire. Got in the same day, they found the problem and even did a few extra steps as precautions. Would recommend!

I recommend going to these shop instead of the other big one. People out here are way nicer and friendly. They make their customers feel welcome and I love the dog :)

Steve and his staff are wonderful. The price was reasonable for my wheel alginment and they had my car in and out in half the time. I especially liked the super cute and friendly dog MoMo
