I was given the run around and taken advantage of from other places; but not Fountain Tire. They picked up the phone on the first ring, ensured me they would take care of me, booked me in ASAP for the following morning, allowed me to wait while my vehicle was serviced, were fully transparent with the process, and even brought the nail that was in my tire to show me. As a young female on my own, I felt very looked after. I will be returning here for any future needs. Thank you!!
