Great experience at Fountain Tire. Harsh Patel was professional and helpful from the moment I called to book my tire swap. The booking process was smooth, and the service was well organized and on time. He also accommodated a last-minute oil change and took the time to clearly explain recommended services without any pressure. His knowledge and customer focused approach made the whole experience stress free.

Every time I have been in to FT I have left satisfied. They went above and beyond to ensure the wheels I ordered for my husband's winter tires met my husband's aesthetically pleasing requirements. The products were ordered, they promptly let me know when they were in, appointment scheduled and I was in/out in no time at all. Additionally, it was a cold day, so I couldn't walk outside and they let me pace their waiting room to get my steps in, without getting irritated by me haha.
