Would not recommend. Text field limited so cannot write review in full. I was left stranded 500 meters away on leaving the garage due to an issue that was not present prior to the service. The suggested solution was to book in for more work in 2 days time. The garage washed their hands of all responsibility and I am hugely out of pocket resolving the issue

I was very dissatisfied with their service and their prices. I do not recommend you bring your car there because they charged an immense amount of money and basically did not fix the issue whatsoever. Additionally, they did not communicate or call me about anything. I had to call three times to get updates and they never explained what they were actually doing to my car. Finally, on Saturday they closed 20 minutes early when i NEEDED my car that day. They eventually let me in and were very rude.

I do not recommend Fountain Tire. When I received a call to clarify which tires I needed, no one mentioned an additional service for wheel alignment. All services intended or recommended for my car should have been confirmed with me which did not happen. The wheel alignment “after” result shows one side still red needing alignment. No changed. So not only did I pay for something I did not need but I also did not get the complete service I paid for.
