Donnie and the team were nothing short of amazing. My car was difficult with diagnosing and they did everything they possibly could to get me back on the road safely. Everything I had to say was listened too. I could not be more happy with the service. Keeping me updated and always make sure that I could get my car back in an efficient time. To say the staff there is friendly and caring is and understatement. I would recommend 110%.

This shop in Red Deer has been my go to for the past couple of years for my 3 vehicles. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They get you booked in quickly and the work is done well. I have never had to bring back my vehicles because of bad work. They’re awesome.

One of the techs noticed that my tire was leaking from the valve stem when he topped it up for the 2nd time in a week or two. I went into the office to book a repair and they had availability for me the very next day. They fixed my tire and checked everything over and only charged $36 dollars. I was expecting and dreading a $100+ bill as what most shops charge. Fountain Tire is the best of the best.

I am not sure of the names, Brian was the manager(I think) and he was really good. He explained every thing so good and even called the guy who worked on my car to explain something to me. Great people and awesome service. 10/10 will be going there from now on
