I had a tire slashed by some vandals. I couldn't get the lug nuts off and contacted Fountain Tire in Prince Albert. Cory and his guys fixed me up, got me a temporary spare and ordered me new tires. I was able to get the new tires on in short order and they did an awesome job in Customer Service. Cory and Eddy are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone that needs tires and wants great service.

I would want to give you a perfect 10 because I thought so. Unfortunately I can’t. The latest I went for oil change, the technician did not replace the oil cap/ may be not tight enough. When I started the car, I smell gas/oil like odour. I ignore it and went home. Next day, I can still smell the same odour and the engine sounds like disturbing. So I decided to open the hood. There I saw the engine is without the cap. Lucky to see the cap just at the engine’s mouth resting. Probably, I have to check what was done on the car before I leave.

got a set of tires mounted and balanced . 3 out of the 4 were ok but the 4th had 4.5OZ/ 128g of weight stuck to the outside of the wheel. I thought that this was odd as the tire was new and seemed to not be out of round or have any other defect. I took the tire to another local tire shop for a rebalance and surprisingly the 4.5OZ of weight was removed and the vibration I had at highway speeds since the tires were mounted was gone. Seems like a shyster trick to get the car back into the shop for some up sell. I don't believe that this was an honest mistake but a dishonest trick.

I can assure you that there are no tactics used at this facility to have vehicles brought back for work that was not done correctly. I am confident that if you had called us back, we would have been more than happy to inspect the job we performed and have it rectified at no charge to you. Brought in tire to be repaired and was told it would be fixed some time today .not good.

When I went in for my appointment they were punctual and I was charged as i was laid out in the quote . no hidden charges/

Got the truck in on the time that it was booked, and they got the levelling kit in faster than the time they said it would take. When they gave me the bill it was cheaper than the initial quote because they got it done faster. I like how when you come in, it’s the owners who help you!! Highly recommend!!
