My vehicle was leaking oil a diagnostic was done and resulting in being told it was going to cost 10 hrs of labor and end price being over 2500 dollars etc etc spoke with my family and having couple sons saying doesn't sound right so took it to another mechanic and was told it could not be rear seal leak and if was would not be that amount to fix they had to shampoo my engine which I was told by fountain tire they had shampoos my engine not so so end result it wasn't rear seal it was something completely different it was fixed for under 800 and my fiat is back to excellent. Went to fountain a couple times and liked service but this last time was horrible before that had spent over 3000 on repairs and new tires Chris is reasonable the receptionist is excellent most helpful one worker Len I think really needs some people skills So sorry having to write this review but extremely upset about this whole situation and feeling like was being taken advantage of. In today's economy money is so tight and to be present with false information to make a huge profit is not okay

Was having problems with my winter tires. Instantly loosing tire pressure all winter. Brought our vehicle to fountain tire end of season for changeover and they went the extra mile and buffed out the rust and build up the other shop had never made us aware of or just didn't care. Thanks guys

A year after getting my breaks replaced, the rotors warped, causing pulsating when the breaks were in use. I noticed this sensation and contacted the shop immediately. It was Friday evening 5 minutes til closing time and Chris the manager heard me out and then made arrangements for me to squeeze in 7:45am the following day. The shop was fully booked but Chris said they would have somebody test drive and inspect my vehicle to make sure it was safe for me to drive until I could bring my car in for repair the next week. Good news was the repair was covered under warranty and they were quick, efficient and friendly as always (Ted Kim even offering me a ride to the mall instead of waiting there)

I was never someone who went to the brand named automotive places as I always preferred the local mom and pop place but I have to say im over the moon with the service I have received from this Fountain Tire. The first time I went there was to get new tires. I did my research and called numerous places looking for quotes and what i really appreciated about Fountain Tire on the Langley Bypass was their honest recommendations. Not once did they try to sell me something more than I needed and actually suggested a tire that was within my budget and far better in price than any other place I called. Chris, the owner, was extremely helpful and polite the first time I met him and this brought me back many more times since. Every time, they remember me, treat me well and always find me the best possible price! The most recent visit though tops them all... I had been forced off the road in the terrible winter storm we had and while I didnt hit anything, my back end felt weird so I took my SUV in and they looked at it right away. They cleared all the ice and snow from under the vehicle, in the wheel wells etc and thoroughly checked and were satisfied after a test drive that there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way with no bill! They said, if you feel like there is still an issue to just come back and they would look at it again... so far there has been no issues since which has me very happy! There is no doubt I will return and highly recommend everyone else to take your vehicle to this Fountain Tire for servicing as you will not be disappointed! A very satisfied customer!

I was pleased with the speed that I was served and that you were able to fit me on short notice to have my tire fixed. I was disappointed and felt misled as I called and specifically asked for a plug for my tire and the cost, twice I mentioned a plug and the person that answered the phone failed to mention that you don't do plugs. I found out you only do patches, which cost more, once I was already at your store with all my kids waiting inside and asked after not seeing plugs on the repair list. Being dishonest, and not upfront will not get repeat customers.

I got a flat tire during the snowiest time of the year, so when I drove into fountain tire just off the Langley bypass, I was pretty sure I'd be meet with a comment like, "sorry sir we are just too busy with customers buying snow tires, we just can see to fixing your flat for free today". Much to my surprise they treated me like I was the same as their paying customers and had me back on the road within a half hour. Great service! My headlight burnt out so I just popped by and luckily they had a bulb in stock and they replaced it on the spot even close to their closing time with an overbooked shop. They always go above and beyond and do their best, I can trust them to take care of my vehicle.

I had driven to Fountain Tire location in Langley after a stressful day with flat tire. I was hoping to be asked to returned for repairs the next day as it was 6 mins. to closing time. A cheerful and an exceptional receptionist/Sales person (Danielle) received me she could see the frustration/stress on my face she said to me "we'll look after you" she quickly ran to the back and asked if the boys could stay back to fix my tire. Two of the boys showed up "Albert" collected my car keys with smile and got the job done. I was so relieved and they did what I wanted for this reason, they've gain my trust, it couldn't have been better . I would surely return to this location for more service.

I came in a little late but they serviced me right away anyways. I'm new to the area so I did not know that this location is inaccessible via the bridge. anyways, I came for a tire rotation and oil change, and the whole process took about an hour, so I just waited in their lounged and helped myself to some free coffee. There's also a tv there to pass the time. what's great about the oil change is they also top off your fluids, which my dealership tries to charge me extra. I did not experience any sales pressure. afterwards they told me that my rear tires are a bit worn out and could send me a quote via email if I was interested. Overall, fantastic experience, will definitely go back again for oil changes."

This was my first time using Fountain Tire in Langley and was very impressed. Chris made my appointment. I needed to get 2 tires repaired that had minor bead leaks and Chris was able to book me in the next morning. I called back later to add an oil change and Chris was eager to accommodate. The next day the service was performed promptly and the shop was immaculate with fresh coffee waiting. I think what impressed me most was Chris's attitude. When I called to make the appointment he was cheery and helpful on the phone. The next morning when I showed up he was on duty again and welcomed me to his store. He was pleasant to each customer and seemed to be enjoying his time helping people. When I mentioned that he seems to really like his job he humbly said how he feels privileged when a customer chooses his store to get a vehicle serviced. He clearly takes pride in his work and his store. It is hard to find customer service like this. I will definitely use this Fountain Tire again.

The most important thing for me was my ability to pick up my son from school and Chris assured me that would happen and it did. They told me that my vehicle needed a wheel bearing replaced and wanted to fix it but I found out it was a loose tie rod from a second opinion and they physically showed me. Plus the customer service was lousy. They have a long way to go if they want to keep customers.
