Unfortunately the service was sub par. There were 2 people in line waiting to be helped and 4 associates. 3 associates were helping customers while the fourth one was chatting up a customer that was already being helped by another associate. The conversation was not service related and lasted over 10 min. The associate that helped me was very courteous. Additionally based on your recommendation we purchased new tires. As this was done over the phone, the associate promised to leave the tires aside so I could confirm the wear when picking up the car. Unfortunately the tires were already dumped by the time I got there. Customer service make a big difference in this competitive world and goes a long way to keeping customers.

Completely taken advantage of, probably due to being girl. They slashed my tires - confirmed - Slashed 2 tired, and said it was curb scuff and I needed all new tires. Very disappointed and disgusted that this still happens. Women, stay away!

The entire shop and parking lot is under video surveillance. Your welcome to come down and review the footage. Please do not make false claims. A chunk out of the sidewall down to cords, is not a slash. Also, we reinstalled your winters on the car at no charge after replacing the front tires and finding another damaged rear. We then took off the new tires on the front that we sent a driver to pick up. Please find a new shop to deal at because you are no longer welcome at fountain tire blackfoot.

Purchased new rims and had winter tires installed. Very happy with the work done and that the rims fit perfectly. On time and very reasonable. We were told by the dealership that if we didn’t purchase them from Mercedes that we’d void the warranty. I’d like some of the drugs they’re doing.

Actually was disappointed in the number of times we had to come back to correct a serious shimmy on my wife's car after they installed 4 new winter tires on 4 new steel rims. Sounds like 3 of the 4 rims were bent and not identified as such until trying to balance them for the 3rd time.

The work on my truck was acceptable. However, I very specifically asked before bringing it in, whether they had the capability and know-how to diagnose and fix my Diesel engine. I was assured that yes, we can handle all of this. Eventually, I just got an expensive bill, and was told to take it to a different diesel shop. I could have done that in the first place had they been more open about their limitations. Nice folks, but this experience left me a bit put-off.

These guys were great! Wish I remembered the name of who got me the quote and scheduled me, but he was very responsive and courteous, found me a much better price than competitors by finding a rim and winter tire combo that would work instead of what I was limited to by existing rim size, and he was able to get me in right away and the tires installed within the hour I delivered the vehicle. The initial service I received was good, however, my tires were not balanced/aligned well and I immediately had to return to the shop after reaching highway speeds and feeling my steering wheel shaking vigorously. I called the shop and they said to bring my car back and they would take a look at it. When I brought it back, it took 40 minutes until it was completed, which was very inconvenient, seeing I had expected them to be installed properly the first time around. Overall the front of house staff was inviting and helpful, I just wish I didn't have to spend another 2 hours of my day coming back to get this fix completed.

The manager at your Blackfoot location (46 ave SE Calgary) is absolutely killing it. Some of the best customer service I've had in a very long time. Frank saw the whole process of ordering, installing and testing a full suspension package, including a lift and new rims and tires onto my vehicle. It turned out fantastic and my truck feels better than ever. Can't recommend the auto services at the Fountain Tire (Truck Centre) enough!
