I realized I had a damaged tire on a Sunday afternoon. I feared it could not be repair. A friend of my, a regular customer, took me on your place. Because of the time, I was told my vehicle would be ready the next morning. Ok! I went for a walk with that friend and as we were coming back to her car, I got a call telling mr that my vehicle would be ready at 4 PM! Amazing! Fabulous! I will be back when I need to buy my new tires in the Spring! Guaranteed! Thank you for the incomparable service

car was not ready when promised. no one called to inform me. had no car for work the next day. very disapointed.

Mike, I apologize for our mistake. The communication between our sales staff broke down, and it wasn't made clear on the work order that you expected the car that evening. It was completed just before closing, and the counter staff assumed it was to be picked up the next morning, as you were not here waiting for it. I know this wasn't the case. I've emphasised with everyone that it is very important to confirm expected completion times with the customer, and to contact them, if those expectations cannot be met. Car was not ready for pick up when I arrived needed to wait 50 minutes untill alignment was done.

Automatic phone service is lacking. Brought vehicle for rotation of tires. Tech identified a problem. When i picked up the vehicle, the invoice stated that i refused the work; i did not get any phone call identifying a problem with front end and I certainly would have approved the work right then. I have taken the work to another technician to complete the work. Next time be sure you talk to the owner of the vehicle personally and not trust your phone technology to confirm any required safety.

Brought car in with starter issues, after having been told the starter motor needed to be replaced and going ahead with it the car will now turn over but not start. This would not necessarily be a problem with the service (It did start in the fountain tire parking lot), however when I when to clean and inspect the battery terminals I found the bottom half of the positive terminal clamp corroded to the point of not connecting to the bolt anymore. with the level of corrosion on that terminal I am shocked that it was not even mentioned, let alone addressed before blaming the most current hungry component in the car.

David, I believe the issue with the starter was a drive/engagement issue, and wouldn't have been affected by the corroded terminal. However, that is not the attention to detail that I expect from my technicians. I will try to reach out to you directly and resolve this issue.

I've only ever come here for a tire change and oil change, but they have great customer service and have always been able to get me in on short notice (24-48 hours).
