I had a nail in my car tire and got it repaired at Fountain Tire. When the tire suddenly went flat, I panicked — and since it was late in the afternoon I worried they might not be able to fix it. But even though I arrived after 4 p.m., the reception staff treated me with great kindness and courtesy. Despite the late hour, the team worked busily back and forth and completed the repair for me. Dropped my rims off to get winter’s mounted at 1:30. Did a few quick errands and was back by 2:15. Job wasn’t ready until 3:30. Two hours after my appointment. Won’t be a returning customer. Waste of my time.
