Pricing includes mobile service and setup. Additional charges may apply for specialty vehicles or oversized tires.

What You Need to Know Before Your Appointment

To make sure your TireMobile appointment runs smoothly, please review these quick requirements:

Onsite Representative

You or a representative must be present at the time of service to meet the technician and approve the work being performed.

Vehicle Location

Your vehicle must:

  • Be parked on level ground
  • Have 2 m (6 ft) of space on each side
  • Allow our service van to park within 15 m (50 ft)
  • Provide 2.8 m (9’2”) of vertical clearance

Property Access

All work must be done on private property.
If you live in a strata or commercial complex, please ensure you have permission for the service vehicle to operate on-site.

Customer-Supplied Tires

If you’re providing your own tires or wheels:

  • Place them within 3 m (10 ft) of the vehicle
  • Ensure they’re clean, visible, and easy to access

Wheel Locks

If your vehicle has wheel locks, please place the key in the cupholder or center console before your appointment.

Working Conditions

The service area must be clear of debris, ice, and snow.
For safety, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. However, please note:

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 8:00 a.m. on the day of service,
  • Or if no representative is present within 15 minutes of our technician’s arrival,

will incur a service call fee of $189.

To avoid charges, please notify your local Fountain Tire location ahead of time if you need to change your appointment.

Fountain Tire’s Mobile Service offers the convenience of performing select tire services at your preferred location. When booking an appointment, customers agree to:

  • Be present (or have a representative present) at the time of service.
  • Provide a suitable and accessible location for service.
  • Ensure all safety and clearance conditions are met.
  • Obtain property access permission (if required).
  • Have all necessary equipment (wheel locks, tires) available.
  • Allow for service rescheduling due to weather or unsafe conditions.

Terms of Service

Fountain Tire's Mobile Service offers the convenience of performing select tire services at your preferred location. When booking an appointment, please review and agree to the following:

  • Onsite Representative: You or a representative must be onsite / present at time of service to meet our technician and review and approve the service(s) being performed.
  • Vehicle location: Vehicle must be parked on level ground and have 2 metres (6 feet) of working space on the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle. We must be able to park our service van within 15 metres (50 feet) of your vehicle. Additionally, our service van requires 2.8 metres (9 feet, 2 inches) of vertical clearance.
  • Permission to use property: All work is to be performed on private property. For commercial and strata complexes, it is your responsibility to obtain permission to use the property.
  • Customer supplied tires and/or wheels: Please place the tires or wheels in a location where our technician can easily and safely access them. Ideally, within 3 metres (10 feet) of the vehicle to be serviced.
  • Wheel locks: If your vehicle has a wheel lock, please place it in the cupholder/center console of the vehicle.
  • Working Conditions: The work area (driveway, etc.) must be clear of debris, ice and/or snow. In the interest of safety and at the discretion of the technician, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or inappropriate working conditions.
  • Cancellations: Appointments rescheduled or cancelled after 8:00 am on the day of service or if the vehicle and/or representative is not present within 15 minutes of the technician's arrival time, a service call fee of $189 will apply.
