Very difficult to get warranty on tires. Verified over the phone I had an issue with a stick in the sidewall of my tire and they said no problem it’s warranty. When I drive 4 hours to my closest location the same I called that I had my tire in stock, they told me they would not warranty it. Very disappointing. After arguing with them they did warranty it but I would not recommend buying if your expecting an easy warranty process.

Hello, after further investigation it appears not only did you purchase these tires at a different location, you purchased then for a Dodge Ram. The tire you brought to us was for you Ford. You stated you could get a warranty with your Ford dealership if we wouldnt cover it and we stated we can not warranty a tire you did not purchase with us. Sorry if you had confusion about that.

Out of 3 times, all 3 took way longer than communicated (if communicated at all) After buying tires installing and eventually fixing for a puncture, they didn’t have any records of me being a customer.
