My Dad bought his tires from Fountain Tire and they had a warranty. That vehicle is now mine and I did not know this. I needed a repair on one of them and they told me about the warranty and honoured it. Not all businesses would have had that kind of integrity. It wouldn’t have been a lot of money, but it went a very long way in building trust and customer loyalty, something that too many businesses don’t understand anymore.

I called fountain tire on a Thursday afternoon and was transferred to Robyn and he asked me to bring my car in to take a look. He ordered me new rubbers that night and by Friday afternoon I picked up my car with four brand new tires, balanced and installed on my car and all for an amazing price. They exceeded my expectations far beyond what I thought possible!
