Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Fountain Tire, their affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period:
The contest begins on January 23, 2025, and ends on February 11th, 2025 11:59 PM.

How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. Complete and submit the entry form with all required information to participate. Entries missing required information will be void. Automated or mechanically reproduced entries, are prohibited and will be disqualified. Fountain Tire is not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, or lost entries due to technical or electronic errors.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period. Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize:
The winner will be notified via email or phone within three business days after the contest ends. The winner must respond within three business days to claim their prize. If no response is received within this time, a new winner will be selected at random. The selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to receive the prize.

Prizes:
Prizes have an approximate retail value of $150. Prizes are nontransferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. Fountain Tire reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All additional costs, such as transportation, accommodation, food, and beverages, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded.

General Conditions:
The prize is awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Fountain Tire is not obligated to replace any lost, stolen, or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect contact information or other factors outside of its control. All prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded. Other restrictions may apply.

Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for contest administration purposes and, where applicable, for marketing purposes, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability:
Fountain Tire is not responsible for technical, electronic, or data errors that may affect the entry process or the administration of the contest. By entering, participants agree to release Fountain Tire from any liability arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.
