Jason Herle is the Chief Executive Officer of Fountain Tire. With over three decades of experience in the organization, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping Fountain Tire’s growth, culture, and operational excellence.

Since joining the company in 1994, Jason has held progressive leadership roles across store operations, real estate, wholesale, marketing, IT, and supply chain. In 2021 Jason became the company’s first Chief Operating Officer and in 2022, he was appointed CEO, where he continues to champion innovation, customer experience, and strategic partnerships.

Community Involvement

He is an active contributor to industry and community organizations, serving on the boards of Fountain Tire, GlassMasters Autoglass, and the Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA), where he sits on the Executive and Governance Committees. He also engages with the Business Council of Alberta and supports youth development through Junior Achievement. He has previously served on advisory councils and committees for various industry organizations, including Chair of the Finance Committee for the Western Canadian Tire Dealers Association.
