He has been a founder, director and held senior executive positions with a number of public and private issuers, including roles as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Big Horn Resources Ltd., Enterra Energy Corp., Enterra Energy Trust, JED Oil Inc., and Tuscany International Drilling Inc.
