Career Summary

Joe Burke serves as vice president, North America Commercial and Global Aviation at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and guiding the strategic direction of the North America Commercial and Global Aviation businesses, ensuring we continue to deliver superior product performance and customer service.

Burke provides leadership to the teams supporting the commercial and aviation businesses including manufacturing, supply chain, technology, sales and marketing, retreading and more than 250 company-owned truck tire service locations to ensure workflows and processes are aligned with the overall business unit objectives.

Since joining Goodyear in 2015, Burke has held numerous leadership roles, including Vice President of North America Commercial and, before that, General Manager for Global and Americas Aviation. In the aviation sector, through key fitment wins with OEMs and strong replacement and retread sales, he led the team to record level earnings in 2023.
