Is Fountain Tire a franchise?
Due to the strong, recognizable Fountain Tire brand, people often mistake us for a franchise, but we are not. Fountain Tire's success is largely attributed to the partnerships that we have with our store managers. Our store managers are also store owners, and they strive to provide our customers with the best service possible.

Fountain Tire's program is built around partnerships. We are interested in expanding the number of stores we have by building partnerships with like-minded individuals who value exceptional customer service.

What types of partnerships does Fountain Tire have?
Fountain Tire offers a partnership in which our store managers own 50% of the business and Fountain Tire Corporate owns 50%. (See Ownership Programs).

Do I have to have experience and knowledge in the tire/mechanical service industry to own and manage a store?
Yes, at Fountain Tire, we are committed to being the best, and this requires superior knowledge and expertise. We would like to meet with you to discuss your knowledge, past experience, and passion to be the best. We also believe in continually training our people to be the best. We accomplish this goal through the operation of the Fountain Tire Learning Centre.

Is training provided?
Yes, we have created an entire department that is focused on store learning. The Fountain Tire e-Learning Centre operates a management training program called AIM, or Advancement In Management. This program provides you with information and training in all areas needed to run your business successfully.

Additionally, the new Fountain Tire e-Learning Centre allows our store associates to access training 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our interactive website.
