Bad experience , you go in for one thing and they will try to nail you for as much as possible. Really pushing “this needs to be done” rather than weighing options of this can wait etc. replacing things that don’t need to be replaced yet to make an extra buck

I'm sorry that you feel you had a bad experience. However we did offer you options for the repair with what was necessary and what could wait. The Customer approved full repairs on vehicle before the work was started. At anytime you could have had time to think it over before approving.
