I realize it was a Saturday and they may not have the expertise of a week day. It would have been nice if they would have said come back during the week and we will see what we can do. Like I said the vibration is as bad if not worse than when I took it in

What a terrific experience from everyone involved. From Kim and Frank at the front desk, to the young guy that made the outcall. (Can’t remember name). Great group of people and not once did I feel l was being taken advantage of. Don’t live in Strathmore but I will be back to buy tires from them when I need to replace these ones. Thank you.
