Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Nobody has any idea what you’re talking about or a clue what’s going on cost me $1000 for absolutely nothing. I have to bring into another garage as they said they would fix it no problems and now they can’t do a thing nor will they and they said my truck is gonna go to the scrapyard. That’s where it should go.

" When we accepted your work request, we were not aware you had put gas in a Diesel engine AND drove the vehicle till the engine stopped working. We should have asked more questions prior to working on it and can understand your frustration. Although we spent 2.5 hours on the vehicle, I am willing to reimburse this amount as a customer service request due to your unfortunate circumstances. Kind regards, Michael.
