I had been told that I needed new breaks by another service provider so I booked an appointment. Fountain Tire called me after looking at my breaks to inquire why I was having them replaced - they dug deeper to find I had debris stuck between my pads and rotors, cleaned them out and saved me a lot of money. They service with great integrity and the customer in mind.

I did not receive an estimate when my vehicle was being repaired so I did not know the price of the repair or if it was covered. I am glad I had tolhe money for the repair but I lile knowing the cost before being fixed

The entire process of booking and dropping off the vehicle was seamless, one of the staff members gave me a ride home and pick me up when the vehicle is ready a few hours later. They inspected my truck and advised there were no issues, that was nice to hear that they didn’t recommend anything that may have not have needed it
